Privacy Policy
Updated September 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Vibuza collects, why, and how it's protected. Vibuza is a media platform — reading articles, Real Stories and taking tests never requires an account.
What we collect
Account information, if you create one: email address, display name, and an optional short bio.
Comments you post, associated with your account.
Story submissions, including the story text, optional age range and gender, and an optional contact email used only for editorial follow-up questions.
Newsletter signups: your email address.
Standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4, without directly identifying you.
What we never publish
Your email address is never shown publicly.
Private story submission details (contact email, unpublished drafts, moderation notes) are never exposed, even if a story is later published.
If you submit a story anonymously, no identifying information is attached to the published version.
How we use information
To operate core features: comments, story submissions, and the newsletter.
To understand aggregate site usage and improve content and performance.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and to store comments and submissions, and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate analytics. Advertising, if enabled in the future, may involve additional third parties — this policy will be updated accordingly.
Your choices
You can delete your account and associated comments at any time.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
You can request removal of a submitted story that hasn't been published yet by contacting us.
